Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

Peppy...Yesterday I had 9 king parrots on my veranda...They were fighting about who eats first but after they all ate they were playing, lol one hug upside down on the feeder..You would have loved seeing them....

Deebi....The birds are such peaceful creatures and are so lucky, they can walk yes but they can fly away I wish I could fly away just keep flying forever......

Deebi, it’s okay, please concerntrate on getting you well dear friend.....My back is okay, bursitis is okay..I’ll be fine...I went to 🎯 today, I was/am a little sore, I done really badly today......I didn’t tell them anything about my fall...

Lol, we have to make sure we have enough chocolate 🍫...on our cinnamon 🎂...😁...I’ll try the escalators first, then I’ll give you the key 🔑 to my bag and we can share it if you want to..I just gotta make sure it’s safe first...

I noticed you in the chair...😁..i do have a spare bed, I have 2 Spare beds..you can have your pick Sweet Deebi...They don’t get used anymore 😢.... I think I will redecorate especially for you....

Love cheese on toast, with a tomatoe..salt and pepper under the griller or in the sandwich press..yummy.. Deebi you always spoil me just by talking to me I feel like I’m a very lucky person...I love looking after you very much....and others here on BB.. your all very deserving people...

Deebi...your very special to me love you so very much...love our time..oops 😢, we have had some fun times, but also serious times when we have been/are their supporting helping each other....Magic times as well Deebi........we all help each other and have light hearted times as well.....

Huge so just enjoying breeze sitting watching pelicans near a long ramp it's neat the water and oysters stuck to the pylons holding ramp looks like a boat ramp and cool they hire kyaks think they are

Sounds nice Deebi, the pelicans, and the sea breeze, the water and oysters 🐚 stuck on the pylons, sounds very peaceful..I’m worried, do you have water 💧 with you? It’s easy to forget to take enough ummmmm just in case we walk more then usual....did you take your 👙..you could have a swim 🏊‍♂️ before your return home.🙃😁..

Kyak 🚣‍♀️ hire hmmmmm sounds like too much hard work..I needed distraction today so I mowed my lawns takes around 2 hours......now I’m ouchy ...silly body, why can’t it behave...geez.
