Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

LOL don't blame you asking 😄 how my MH is, doesn't sound like it but since this mornings major the whopping blubber walks etc I have a nice calm happening and no anxiety attack which was great. It's like it all got out of my system. Rough at any time but bang on waking wow no time to gather other thoughts. Needed it apparently. Grandy this is the choice I'm making without meds & truly I'm getting stronger but it's still every level of hell, less stronghold these days or at least not for long.

Sorry this is all about me so far. OH oH lol one more thing didn't see niece but she has my number if she wants to ring. She may not be able to which is ok she's flat out.

Loven the redecorating, oh you're so sweet, I see you put your famous bag on the wall and thanks so much for the key, so glad I don't have to use a jackhammer anymore to get in. Oh..you didn't know that did you...Love the unicorn and glitter bubbles floating around. I chose the cloud bed with the chocolate pillowcases.

Okay, I’ll start to redecorate tomorrow, a cloud bed and chocolate pillowcases...hmmmm and some surprises..

I painstakingly slowwwwly squeezed every drop of moisture out of 112 glorious... weeping ...well it did after I did that...Willow leaves, thennn... 😧 ..sigh... perculated the juice with lemon tea, a pinch of lavendar dust... 3 grains of cinnamon and a pepper corn tree. Oh...oh... 😆 ...nearly forgot the shredded Weetbix.. thennn... I got Destiny 😻 and eternity 😹 to gently paw it to a pulp, oh they were purring their little hearts out, you know how they lift their paws up and down like a massage...ohhhh you need cuddles don't yaz...hey...come back 🏃‍♀️...so where were we.. oh so you just sit there nice and comfy darling, there we go.. I'll drink I mean take your cup for a sec and I'll pop this in your tea for you to enjoy everrry single drop 😁 and would you believe...😲 instantly ...well maybe an hour ⏰...ohhh yesss looky 👀 you're feeling so much better. There there my sweet loving friend you're ok now honey. Deebis turn to look after you 🤤
