Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

Hey there Grandy 👩‍❤️‍👩 and other lovely friends too. Good seeing youse 😊

Grandy darlin what you’ve been and are going through sounds awful 🤗💜

I really hope the new inhaler gives you relief which might be starting to help in that you’re starting to feel a bit better thank goods although the side affect of coughing in itself let alone difficulty breathing is extremely warming and big time hard work as you well know.

Hopefully in time the body might adjust to it even if a little would be a plus.
Croixy (Hiya😊) mentioning about the distilled water nebulizer would be worth a mention. Not a good side affect aye. My heart’s 💜💚with you darlin. Uh oh looks like I have two hearts 🤫

Oops was trying to get the auto save notes to my reply and tapped reply but it posted.

That singing bowl sounds fantastic I’ll have a google sometime and check them out.

Hiya Pawsy 😊 sounds like you’re having a time of it with the cooler weather and mud ick too.

Grandy I wonder too if the cows feel the weather. Thought either or they’ve adapted and the leather skin might help with insulation. So pleased to hear they’re still around. Such a peaceful seeming creature. Maybe the odd scuffle but they just do their thing.

Ok darlin must choof. Sending deep love dear friend 🤝🍓🌈 thoughts comfort and peace 🪽

Hello Grandy, wave to everyone,

I had heard of singing bowls (no pun intended) but I had never heard one played, so after you mentioning one I had to google them.  I think stick thingy describes it very well. Running the stick thing around the rim looks like it could be a very calming, meditative thing to do. It is fascinating how the sound grows the longer it is done.  The one I listened too was a small bowl which made a fairly high pitched sound, I think I would prefer one that would make a deeper sound if such things exist.

Yes I've watched the cows etc here just getting on with eating in the rain, though if it is bad I do notice they all position themselves with their rumps facing the direction the rain is coming from. I think strong wind & rain does bother them more than we realise because I've noticed if they have somewhere to shelter out of the wind & rain they can usually be found taking advantage of it.  Though I suppose being bred as outdoor animals they learn to just cope like the wild animals do.

I wonder with your inhaler making you cough if it would help to use those bubble things kids use.  It wouldn't hurt to ask your chemist.

It seems the weather gods around here have mislaid spring again.  It has gone from the single digits/ low teens & jumped straight to the mid twenties. How is it where you are lass, are you getting any nice weather to tempt you onto your porch?

Sending you huggily 🐻 hugs

Hello Grandy (wave to everyone). I"ve been thinking of you & reading your thread back a bit, & then thnking of you more. I have no advice or suggestions about the new inhaler. I can only hope the tickling in the throat settles & you can have full benefit of the inhaler.

Hugzies to you your furry friends & everyone & their furry friends, too. I have enough furry hugzies to go around.
