UPDATED: I just feel alone and lost in a new world I don't like

Hi everyone, I just want to introduce myself. I went to the Dr today and he prescribed me my medication. I'll be starting the journey to a more positive outlook soon. I just feel soo lost and confused. My husband and I have had a pretty hard week this week as I told him something that changed everything for us. A secret I held for a long time. And he's not talking to me much. I just feel alone and lost in a new world I don't like. It's just all soo confusing.

I am glad you have a date scheduled now. I am glad that you have your Mum for support. Mum's are the best when you are unwell.

Keep strong, you have such a positive attitude through this all. I am finding the thread about 3 things you're thankful for very helpful and I see you are posting there too.

Hi Paul,

Well, we can't afford to have the surgery any earlier as I'm going as a private patient and not public and their waiting times are 18 months plus. So unfortunately I need to be patient and hope the endometriosis isn't too bad and he can remove them all in one go. 

I know we're not perfect but if the mistake hurts the person you love the most it hurts deep inside you too!!  I guess I'm hurting too because I know I hurt him really bad!

Yesterday I had my follow up check up with my GP, and we will be doing my mental health plan in a couple of weeks. So now it's the search for a psychologist!
