Hi everyone, I just want to introduce myself. I went to the Dr today and he prescribed me my medication. I'll be starting the journey to a more positive outlook soon. I just feel soo lost and confused. My husband and I have had a pretty hard week this week as I told him something that changed everything for us. A secret I held for a long time. And he's not talking to me much. I just feel alone and lost in a new world I don't like. It's just all soo confusing.

I'm pretty excited about the next phase!! It will help me heal from everything and help me move forward. But in saying that i'm a little scared as to if the psych will be my fit.
It's great that you've made the steps to get some help! I hope the psychologist will be a good fit for you, but keep in mind that if they're not, it's perfectly okay to stop seeing them and find someone else. Good Luck x

I agree with Paul, you're awesome. I really love how you are accepting everything as it comes and are so open for getting the help you need. I am sure you will find a good fit soon.
