New pic of Storm, when it goes up - on the paddleboard yelling at me to stand up and paddle! hahaha

Hi Katy,
Love the new pic... & seeing that on the water Storm is wearing her life jacket & setting such a good example to all water loving puppies. You are so lucky having a dog access beach near you.
Hugs

Sliding on into the slump...
Funny (not funny) how it makes everything feel so hard. Like I'm still trying to do things - just everyday things - and I feel like I'm wading through wet concrete. And I can read my lovely book, but I can't take the words in, so I don't want to "waste it".
Just have to accept that here I am. Again. And now I wait...

Katy,
I'm not really surprised - you've been sounding very "up" and now your nice time with your brother/nephew is over you're probably bound to slump a bit. Give yourself a break. You'll settle down eventually... you'll probably just feel a bit blah until you get back into your old rhythm. I'm like that after something nice with other people stops!
Maybe give the book a rest for a little while until your mood lifts. I've been a bit blah this afternoon, it's the hotter weather and having to do boring things. Hope you feel better tomorrow. hugs.

Hello Katy,
Here is a gentle squishy hug lass... & Woofa sends some snuggily snuffles of love.
You have been sounding so upbeat... it's not fair that things have changed for you... lass can you think of anything that may perhaps have triggered you... could it be related to you having a lovely time over Xmas catching up with family & that now they've gone.
The important thing to remember lass is you have been here before & you can do this & come out the other side. I wonder if it might be helpful to keep a mood diary... keeping track of your moods beside your diet, activities, health (time of the month) might show you any patterns/cycles... it can also be something that shows you what helps.
Of course you already know what I'm about to say... but it can't be said too much.... please lass either come on here or ring family if you find things getting overwhelming... the bb no. is 1300 224 363... you can do all three... it's ok to reach out in as many ways as you need.
Some more squishy hugs
