It's like a feeling just bubbling up to the surface. It's panicky and disgusting and I dont' know what to do with it. There's no thoughts associated with it. It's a feeling. A really gross one. I called the Suicide Call Back service. I didn't find them helpful. What do you do? What helps you?
I am indeed breathing a sigh of relief. Got my thesis mark back and wow! I need to start believing in myself as others do. Still not sure how I pulled it off, as this year felt pretty awful, but oh well. I did it!!! All of it!!
Celebrated with my pink lamington, and hung out with a friend today at the beach. Definitely happy to just chill out 🙂

Will be a quiet, warm Christmas here. Lucky we’re by the beach to cool off. My son is coming tomorrow for a few days. No covid in our state, but that will change once the borders open. Not looking forward to that. Life has been easy for us here.

Clearly there are very big differences between what we over here think of as "warm weather" & what is considered "warm" in WA... I saw on the news tonight that christmas day over there will be in the 40s... over here we call that "unbearably *%##^* hot"...
I hope Stormy's ear has settled down... has wrapping her up like a nonna helped at all...
