Thank you for the warm welcome back Mark.
It is not OK that you are still struggling and I hope that I can think of some fresh and new ideas to help you through this time and some things that might make a difference to your life and bring you some joy.
Can I say though that you have been working really hard on here and supporting so many people and that is just so fantastic and I feel really happy that you have been reaching out and sharing some words and some advice and doing what you can to make a difference.

Thanks Sarah for your kind words. For me just coming on here talking to other people helps me a bit.I just want people to know they are not alone and other people are or have been through what they are going through.
Take care,
Mark.

Good Morning Mark
Yes I can see that you are up very early today and that is not good that you are not sleeping well.
Do you have some things that you do before bed to sort of get yourself into like a bedtime ritual to allow you to relax and try and not think about thinking??
That is such great news that things are looking greener and that with the rain has come. Absolutely keep taking pics of those beautiful roses, I really like seeing when you have updated your pic and a new gorgeous flower is there.
How are the kids going so far at school and in general this year? Hope that they are settling into 2020 well.
Huge hugs

Hi Sarah it is very hard to stop thinking. My psychologist that i saw said bed is for sleeping in and if not sleeping not to be in bed.She did give me some things to do but cant remember what they are.
Its a bit up and down with getting kids to school. The kids were sick but better now.I got text before saying my daughter wont go to school today staying she is sick but i know it is anxiety or maby being picked on.She says shes not being picked on.
We had some more rain before,i will keep taking photos for you but wish i could share them with someone else.
Take care,
Mark.

Oh wow...that is simply stunning Mark, what a gorgeous flower!
I get what they mean about bed is for sleeping and if you cannot sleep you are best to get up, true but sometimes it is about resetting and needing more rest so being able to engage in some things that relax u. Things like soft music or even apps that you can listen to rain falling or even a thunder storm, that is my favorite. Things like lavender spray on your pillow or even lemon scents too, some hot milk is said to have relaxing and sleep inducing properties.
I am so sorry to hear that your daughter is suffering with this whole anxiety and going to school thing, it really is so tough. I hope she is not being bullied, I am hoping she would confide in you if she was having trouble with kids at school, do you think she would? Do you get the feeling she is being bullied?
I know you miss your friend so very much and I am sorry that she is not in your life to share these beautiful pics with, I appreciate them so very much though and I think you are so very clever to be able to garden and grow these things...so thank you.
Hugs
Sarah

Hi Sarah I think its just anxiety or something else mentally going on.I think my daughter would tell me if she was being bullied and have asked her.I know not wanting to go to school is a sign so i just have it in the back of my mine. She is seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist but they dont seem to have any answers.
I am glad you like the rose and it smells like apricot. At least i can share my flowers on here.
Take care,
Mark.
