Hello Everyone here, and thank you for your very kind words of encouragement and care..My friend brought me home at around 4pm..
I will get back and answer all your posts to me, individually over the next day or so....to be totally honest with you all, every single post here has helped me to build up some strength to give me some hope back...No words are going to ever be strong enough to really describe my thanks to each of you..
I saw my mhn nurse today at the hospital and a psychiatrist talked to me as well in the hospital...He said I have so much trauma that needs releasing.
He talked to me about being raised by abusive narcissistic parents, then immediately into another abusive narcissistic marriage and the damage it seems to have done to me.. He said recovery is possible but he also said it will be a long hard emotional journey...
I'm home now..my dogs are good, they cried so much when I got home...I'm just going to lay down for a while I'm tired and mentally drained..,Love you people..💜🌹🤗..
Grandy...

Welcome home Grandy. Please take good care of yourself now, and allow yourself some physical rest and mental recovery time. Give those precious little dogs of yours a big loving hug from me too. Here for you when you're ready to talk. Really good to hear the hospital took such good and responsible care of you.
Talk more later.

Good night my beautiful friend. Rest easy, and keep your little dogs by your side.
No hurry to respond Grandy, only do so as you feel up to it, and want to. Not before. Please take care.

Hello Big black dog is roaming free.
Im really sorry that I haven't answered your beautiful no caring post before now...I feel really honoured that you made your first post in my thread...Thank you very much for kind words of care and encouragement, they mean a lot to me..
I'm pleased in even if in a small way we have helped you not feel so alone...
I really hope that you are doing okay?...please if you feel like it let me/us know how you are feeling..
Anniversaries can be terrible times, I have been trying so hard to remember the good times but they never surfaced this time...I think because I was down for a couple of months before due to some triggering dreams/ memories of my husbands pain..that I couldn't get passed....
Thank you so very much for calling in, you have also helped me with your kind words...Please feel free to talk here anytime you feel to, or as Lovely Mandy said if you feel to start your own thread, please pop in and let us know the title...so we can also try to help and support you..
love and gentle hugs...if you like hugs..💜💜🌹

Hello 🌻Birdy,
Words cannot express my gratitude to you for being here for me on the first first night I was in hospital. Just talking to someone I know settled me from having a panic attack...
Hospitals cause me a lot of anxiety, and fear...
Plus my poor dogs left out in the cold, I was feeling so guilty and unworthy to have the honour of being their mumma...
Your words and you just being here helped me through that first night like you would never understand or believe..
Thank you so very much. lovely friend...
Love, care and hugs...💜💜🤗🌹🕊..

Hi Grandy (and all),
Welcome home 🙂 take your time with replies. Seriously, there’s no rush...just take care of you first and cuddle your doggies. Replies can wait...
It must mean so much to see your precious fur babies again. You mean the world to each other; they clearly missed you as much as you missed the. What a special family reunion...
Oh Grandy, of course you’re a worthy mumma to your doggies. You love them and care for them with all your heart and that makes you a beautiful mumma.
I would like to gently remind you that you didn’t intentionally leave them outside but unforeseen circumstances intervened so you ended up in hospital. It is not and it was not your fault...plus your doggies are obviously more than okay now so how about giving them bonus cuddles rather than berating yourself? Just a gentle idea...
Love and care,
Peppy xoxox
