Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

Peppy....I’m sorry....I really am sorry, you are never bad no never and I was angry with me for making you feel that way.....when I wrote my previous post....Peppy you’re always so gentle and kind, to me and everyone you speak to and a very valued friend, I don’t like making people, especially friends feel that they are bad....😢.. Please be okay Peppy...

Deebi...It’s okay, please don’t apologise ( so many sorries here on mine today) ....for not being here, your doing it hard atm, and it’s important that you look after you...I’m fine...You Just concerntrate on you my dear friend...I done French knitting when I was younger, forgot about it until I seen at vinnies, so I bought it and thought I would try and do again.

Good morning Grandy ... also Lee, Pepper, Deebi and Magic.

Grandy - I also used to do french knitting when I was a child. Long time ago! I think its also called Spool knitting as well as tubing? So others may know it as that. You have piqued my interest, and I think I will look into doing some of that myself. Take me back to my childhood ... which for me, was mostly a happy time.

I am so sorry that your MHN did not show up for your appointment yesterday. That is very disappointing, and really not good enough. There may well be a perfectly good reason why she was unable to get there. But its not hard to give a quick call to let you know, and to organise an alternative day or time.

I understand all that you say about you feeling others pain and suffering Grandy. I know you do, and it worries me that you take on so much of others. I would not want you to change who you are, as I love you just as you are. Your empathy and understanding of others is one of your most endearing traits. Its very obvious how much you feel for everyone else here. But I do worry about you, and am concerned that you do not know how to switch off when you need to, for your own protection and wellbeing.

Grandy we have had lots of rain where I am. It rained heavily off and on all night. It was comforting to hear the rain on the roof as I lay awake all night. I hope the badly drought affected farmers are also getting some of this vital rain.

My little Charli is refusing to go outside for her usual toileting this morning due to the rain. She hates to get her feet wet, and will hold on for as long as possible, the little devil. Eventually she will go out, but not before she nearly busts. Your little furbabies sound so beautiful with their long flowing locks half way down there legs. Charli has only very short hair, and quite light as well, so she feels the cold. When she has a bath, its a quick towell down and she's essentially dry already. Very easy care. I would not be at all concerned keeping your doggies inside with you. They clearly love it, and so do you. And it does them no harm at all. At least you know they are safe with you.

Hi dear Grandy,

You've been very quiet the past few days and thats usually a sign that things are not right with you. And I am well aware that writing here on the forums and helping others is a release for you. So I am concerned about you and am just dropping by to ask if you're okay.

The last real update I've read from you was to say that you were going to skip your AD meds on Thursday night. Out of interest, did you notice whether that made a difference to the ringing in your ears? Can I ask if you went back on them again afterwards? It worries me Grandy that you may have gone off them, and thats not a great idea without having proper medical support, which you dont have. Did you hear back from your MHN after her missed appointment on Friday?

Grandy, I really am worried about you, as I know others are too. So when you get the chance to, and feel up to it, I would love to hear from you. No pressure Grandy, just concerned for you. Sign language response is fine.

I hope the french knitting is going well, and that your little doggies are staying close by and providing you with some comfort.

Thought maybe I could 🐇 on for a little just for some distraction cause I know sometimes just reading can be all we're up to. If you are, though we don't know who thumbs posts maybe you could if you've read cause you usually do I think from our time spent.

I'm starting to get better Grandy mentally except back in bed so did your suggestion a couple or more hrs in the chair for sleep. You'd be tch tching me was up wee hrs this morning but been getting phenomenal amounts of sleep lately needed sleeper this morning but ok. Back made me get up.

I know you've been concerned for Mumjo, me too for you, so hope you've seen them and your gorgeous birdies. Although so isolated it does sound really amazing where you live with our stars nature trees the quiet.

Might sound a tad warped but I was relieved to hear next door lady sadly is like that to her family so it's not a personal attack to you by the sounds. She must have a hard life in her head. Still doesnt at all make it right.

Hope your day with Bettys daughter was good hun I know it pulls you down, it is hard. You're one of the most loving caring people Grandy I'm so glad she has you too talk too. Be nice to have that company to I'd think & she'd be learning from you.

I'm going tho take a guess that yes Mandy spool knitting sounds familiar too that you're doing it in soft Pink.

Leaving at yours & be staying over after the flicks a Coffee Frapp I think and the most superb caramel slice with a OMG layer of choccy. Didn't get one cause getting choccy top later.
