Seeking connection 

I am Arra I am 30 years old, I like mountain biking, fishing, surfing, gardening and going for walks with my family. I am connecting on here as I feel quite isolated, alone and exclude from other services when I actually need *help* not to be silenced or excluded 
I don’t always get it right, impulsiveness comes with having severe adhd that has affected me my entire life, so sometimes I say things I don’t mean or find rules hard to follow, but I am trying so hard. I have a history of severe and complex trauma, anxiety and issues managing my anger and overwhelm 
I would like to establish connections and a community here. I hope people drop in this thread to say hi.

Hello Dear Arra,

Sorry I wasn’t around yesterday after I posted…I’m struggling a bit with both mental and physical health…but do want to be here for you, when I can be….

Im sorry that all those disrespectful and negative words were said to you…I think some people just don’t have much compassion for others, even if they work in the mental health and a supportive role….I’ve had a few counsellors and support workers who saw the $ signs and not the person….

Im quite certain that in time the place that banned you, will definitely realise that they made a huge mistake when things don’t run as smoothly as it did with you there…

You are interested in bikes, what bike do you like, do you have one? 

I have to go to a Drs appointment soon, probably take a few hours before I get back home…but will pop back in when I’m feeling able to…

I do so much hope that today will be kind to you and you get some positivity in your day..

Mountain bikes, been many years more like a lifetime ago  since I rode a mountain bike, my children enjoyed them….

Could do with some rain out my way (Rural NSW)…rain is not very common in this part of the world…

I love that you enjoy spending time and going on walks with your family…That’s gold…that’s something that I never really experienced….and it warms my heart when I see or hear of quality time spent with family…so many beautiful memories are being made by you…

I hope you get some type of good sleep tonight..
