Hi I think have this Cherophobia and wonder if anyone else has this.

I am scared when I am happy that something bad will happen as this is the usual case with me all out through my life.I seem to want to be unhappy and just waiting for something bad to happen. How do i overcome this fear or do I just live with it as this is the safe option.I am scared of heights so i stay away from hsights so do i just stay away from happiness?

Your thoughts are welcome.

Take care,

Mark.

Hi Tayla thank you for thinking of me.I am not feeling the best today but that is how it is for Me.I hope my doctor is back and full time and can get an appointment. She is usually hard to get into to see as she is the most popular doctor there.

Sorry to hear that Mark, I hope you feel better. Is there anything I can do?

Yeah it does sound like your GP is pretty popular! Best of luck getting an appointment with her, I hope you can and your mind eases a bit.

Tayla

Morning Mark,

I hope you are feeling better today, even if its just a little better?

Hi Calmseeker and Tayla,I woke up feeling like crap this morning and crying.I feel a bit better now.I went and fed my neighbours dogs that is in hospital, checked my bike for the ride tomorrow to the airfield and did some potting up.

Tayla you are so sweet just talking to me helps.

Take care,

Your friend,

Mark.

Hey Mark, I'm so sorry that you feel that way. Crying can help sometimes though, it's okay to release your emotions instead of hold them in. I'm glad you feel a bit better now though.

That's nice of you to feed your neighbours dog, sorry to hear that they're in hospital though. Have fun on your bike ride tomorrow.

I'm glad talking to me helps you, talking to you helps me too, it means a lot to me so thank you.

Hi Tayla thanks for your kind words. My neighbour was really crook and they had to operate and put him on a colostomy bag.He might be in hospital awhile yet.I try and get some photos of the airshow tomorrow that i am going to tomorrow and put one as my profile picture. That would be a good thing if we could share photos on here.Your a good person to talk to you as you care and give good advice.I just need someone to talk to sometimes.

Take care,

Your friend,

Mark.

Mark,

Are you a morning person?

I am not and am often feeling down, grump and teary in the morning.

Just wondering if you feeling down in the morning is a once off or a regular thing.

Glad you managed to feed the neighbours dog.

Hi quirky thanks for your reply.About being a morning person i have always wake up early and get up and do some chores and things.Lately i have been waking up early but just want to stay in bed and find it hard to get motivated to do things these days.

Hey Mark. No worries at all for the kind words, thank you for yours too.

That's awful about your Neighbour, I'm so sorry to hear that, I really hope he gets better. That's very kind of you to look after the Dog for him and check in on his house though, I'd do that too.

Awesome about the airshow, sounds fun. They have some near me sometimes, about 35-40 mins away, they had one I think last year but I didn't end up going to it, I wanted to because Dad likes that sort of thing but from what I remember the weather was bad or things came up or something, I can't remember properly. But they sound interesting with a lot of history. Have fun tomorrow!

I try to be a good person, care and give good advice and support, which I hope I do. The same goes for you, thanks again, it really does mean a lot. And I agree with you, I just need someone to talk to and support sometimes too, I enjoy these forums, the sad and happy stuff.

Take care also, lots of love and hugs as usual. Forever your friend too,

Tayla.

PS - hi quirkywords. I'm not really a morning person myself, I don't really like any time of day that I've noticed. I don't like night time because of the dark and I haven't since I was a kid, so I really don't know. I hope you're well, take care too.

Hi Tayla i am hoping the weather is ok tomorrow as it was raining before.I have never been to one before.I am just trying to something positive.I am a bit nervous about going.I hate doing new things.

Kind words go along way and being supportive to someone who is struggling can mean a lot to someone.

Take care,

Your friend forever,

Mark.
