I'm sick of being broken.
I'm sick of not finding joy in life anymore and feeling that everything is broken and I just have nothing left and I don't know why I deserve this. Everything. Why does my dad have to be a depressed alcoholic, why did my grandma have to die and why do I have to deal with so many things and not being able to fix any of them.
and I'm sick of seeking help and people telling me to go to 'headspace' or 'see someone' because that won't help me and it won't help my dead grandmother and it won't help my dad and it won't help anything and it won't help my life and my dramatic weightless and lack of concentration and loss of everything I used to love and being knocked done continuously and I'm just so tired and broken and this won't get better and I'm just so broken.
im 14.

Hi there, I need help:-
Sorry I have not picked up on this thread before today.
Your initial post indicates that you do indeed need help.
More than that, I suggest that at your age it is absolutely essential that you continue to access that help and support, not only through this forum, but also by direct contact with some of the professional services available. In that respect I feel you should contact BB by telephone on the 1300 22 4636 number shown at the top of this page.
It seems to me that at 14 years of age you are trying to deal with an almost impossible task.
However, the good news is that it is very clear is that you do recognise your situation. Your user name is a clear indication of that Fact.
Please ensure that you continue to engage with the people you have met in this forum so far, and whom have offered their advice and help so far as they are able.
I hope you will also make personal telephone contact with BB., as without some personal/private, "one on one" direct "real world" assistance, it seems to me your dilemma may continue longer than is desirable, in the interest of your own well being.
I hope you will recognise that it is your own well-being that is of paramount importance - above all other matters, at this time. Without that, you will not be able to make significant improvement so far as your relationship with your father is concerned, nor to his wellbeing either - which is clearly your desired intention.
Perhaps he doesn't realise how lucky he is to have you around.
I hope you realise that in order to put wrongs to right, you have to be kind and good to yourself. I feel you can best do that by continuing to use this forum AND by contacting BB directly by telephone.
Please do that, if you possibly can, because YOU are the most important one here.
There are so many people who consistently fail or refuse to recognise their own importance in such situations. (even at my age - and I'm old) . If we can convince you that you really are the most important one in this case, then we will celebrate that success, but not ( I hope ) half as much as you yourself will be able to, in due course.
Once again, please call B.B. on the telephone, if you have not done so already. (1300 22 4636)
Good luck and best wishes 🙂
