As i sit in my room listening to music on this Tuesday morning, i give myself time to sit and relax before my group sessions this afternoon. I have also being reading many of your posts to eachother.

Things are going pretty well, although there is still alot of work still to be worked through.  At this very moment in time i think of all of you who are struggling with your mental illness both in silent and in voice. If i could have just one wish, that would be for everyone to get the help and support they deserve to help you all manage our respective mental illnesses and to live a life that we have all wished we could have.

I understand things are tough and are a struggle at times but we just need to take it one day at a time or to break each day down into smaller segments e.g. hr by hr etc.

STAND TALL, BE DEFIANT AND BE STRONG.

Chris

Hey Chris

How are you? Been thinking of you today and just wanted to say hi.

I'm having a few issues but don't worry about me.  If I had my way I wouldn't be here anymore - there is too much going on.  But I am still here so I guess it's good.

I am so glad that you are in hospital, a place where I should be but can't for another few more weeks.

Pls take care, hopefully chat soon

Hi Jo,

Nice to hear from you. Things have been going pretty well up until Tuesday, then everything hit the fan and have been like that since. It's alot of hard work coincided with alot of tears from other people in my group and also from myself. The issues are quite confronting and strong, which triggers thought's for other people in the group.

Jo, you are doing a really good job keep it up, along with the rest of you i know you can all get the help and support we all deserve. I know you can all make it.

Hey Chris,

I can imagine that being in a group setting it would be difficult with emotions.  But sounds like you are doing great.  It is better to let the tears fall, let the emotions out.

So what else do you do while in hospital?

When do you come out and go home?

How is your mum?

Take care,

Jo

dear Chris, I am proud of you, remember when you first came onto this site we all implored for you to contact us, which you were a bit hesitant, but take a few months onwards and the improvement you have done is amazing, I still know that you are struggling, but you are making a great effort, so good on you. Geoff.

Hi Chris

Great to hear again from you.  I'm sorry that the last little while has been tough;  but hey, I think it much better being like this where you are at the moment so you can get the constant support that you will be needing.

I hope that by the time you read this, that things have taken a little turn for the better?

And likewise with what Jo said, I'd be keen to hear about the answers to the questions that she posed to you?

Cheers

Neil
