Thank you posting your story, albeit very abbreviated - it fits well within the guidelines for brevity.  🙂  🙂

I'm sorry to hear for the loss that you experienced and obviously the grief, suffering and sadness that comes with that.

But your post quickly changed course and revealed a turnaround in your situation, predominately caused by you, I'm guessing and with that, it seems like you're coming out of your dark place.  Keep fighting the fight Andrew and keep aiming for the sky with positiveness.

Hi Andrew what a sweet positive post you wrote im recovering from depression also and off my meds for 6 months and I have been on them for 23yrs so that's a great achievement for me too . I still get those bad days though . Being kind to myself well that can be difficult sometimes but yes I agree its all about being positive I suppose . Take care and congratulations on your recovery x
