* brushed my teeth
* asked for help
* made a nice hot lunch for myself and the workers here today.

Hey wonderful BB Self-carers!
Today my self-care was:
~ spending quite a lot of time cooking, pre-cooking. I made up a new recipe and hope it tastes ok lol
~ worked on my 181 Day Savings Challenge
~ spent some time cuddling with our cat with my electric blanket on in bed, it's SO COLD!

My self-care today was:
~ having a delicious, nutritious lunch whilst out shopping with the kids
~ bought a lovely light shade for my bedroom. My room is stark and in different states of repair but ahhh getting there..
~ getting organised tonight with this week's lunches, clothing and snacks for work for us all. I feel much better when I'm at least a BIT organised 🙂

I woke this morning knowing it needed to be a gentle day. So self-care is:
1. Cosy-ing up in a blankie and reading two books I’m part way through.
2. Watching the birds in my garden.
3. Practising not putting myself under any pressure to do more (as I so often do, even when I’m not up to it).

~ changing out a few things that were adding a "clutter type" look to certain spots, it's a work in progress! lol
~ spending time with my new fave minimalism channel on YT
~ made a nutritious, delicious brunch for us with our own chicken's eggs... gotta love that lol.

Hey BB people!
Today my self-care looked like...
~ made a delicious dinner from frozen leftovers, there's none left so the kids must have liked it too lol!
~ had cuddle time with my pets
~ used moisturiser on my face and no make up for work today. I'm thinking to go with this bare faced look with only sunscreen added.

My self-care today:
~ pulled out of an boking I didn't want to attend tonight (it's too cold and far too wet to go out for me lol)
~ popped into my warmest PJs and 2 extra layers to get warm
