Today:
- Went for a lovely evening walk.
- Postponed a phone catch up until later in the day when I needed to sleep this morning - listening to what my body needed.
- Got an easy take away for dinner as too tired to cook.

Hi all,
Thanks, Sbella. Great to see the positive stuff all of you are doing for yourselves. Mine today:
1) Asked hubby for help with the online grocery shopping (it's a job that really wears me out).
2) Enjoyed a hot cross bun (or two) with hubby after we got the shopping put away. Our little bird came to snuggle with us. 😊
3) Did some exercise out in the garden.
