Hi all,
Some great things on your lists, good to see you guys taking care of yourselves. My list:
- Talked to my family about scrapping the usual Christmas festivities. They were actually really relieved that I brought it up - we agreed to a casual sushi date somewhere in the vicinity of the day and no presents in future. So much easier!
- Slept in and snuggled with my birds. My favourite self care.
- Worked on a creative thing with my partner. Good for both of us, individually and as a couple.
