Hi there!
I'll be honest. I spend a lot of time on my computer. Currently on holidays and not sure what to do with myself, most of my free time is spent scrolling through facebook, or pinterest, or instagram...
I enjoy visualising what I want my life to be like, when I am physically and mentally healthier. I like to follow people who seem to live a very healthy lifestyle, and find it gives me the motivation to improve my own.
Where do you get your inspiration from?

Hi Libby,
I'm glad you gain inspiration from seeing others' lifestyles on social media. I have found in the past that this leads to me feeling inadequate and comparing myself to others. I gain inspiration through people I know or meet, stories I read and hear, and sometimes from within (when I'm lucky).
I am also on holidays, but just for one more week. I have facebook and use it daily (mainly for fb chat).
Best wishes,
SM

Hello!
I find it really interesting how you both (SM and Libby) can have such opposite reactions to the same thing.
Not to make things too serious all of a sudden, I was reading through suicide notes the other day and I actually got inspiration to not do that. I think for me, it's the negative feelings that make me really want to fight back, whereas positive things just make me think of what I don't currently have.
Cheers
James
