Dear Guest,
Like you I have trauma, anxiety and depression. My trauma diagnosis is complex ptsd. I don’t really like talking to people about it either and almost no one in real life knows about or understands the struggles I’ve had. So I understand the struggle with communication about such things and how it can be easier to share and communicate on an internet forum. I think trusting and feeling safe to share can be a challenge too when you have experienced trauma.
Is there anything particular you feel you would like to share? It’s brave of you to reach out here and I hope you can feel safe and welcome.
Kind regards,
ER
