I am so sorry you had such an awfully stressful day the other day. I really hope that you have been able to be very gentle with yourself since then, and give yourself time and space to recover. What a horrible day.
I know that feeling, over estimating what we can achieve in a day and having to race from one thing to another, getting more and more stressed. Then when you come home all you want to do is cry and curl up in bed.
Please give yourself permission to have some calming recovery days if you can.
With the speeding tickets, if you have a good driving record (e.g. no infringements in the last 10 years), once the fine arrives, you can apply to have it waived and just given a warning. I have done this before, you just write a letter and they will say yes or no. I had an absolute whopper of a fine recently, and they let me off. It's worth a try?
