Hi all
I've been struggling for 3 weeks with suicidal thoughts
My new GP is amazing
He tells me to think of suicidal thoughts as a symptom maybe a solution
Could he be right?
Today he assigned someone to give me a call to check in on my safety. I don't think that will happen. I've not received the call.
Small things like this lead to rage, hurt and fear for me.
And so I am left to deal with the thoughts alone.

You're welcome Sleepy, thats the type of person I am. I try to offer support, even if it isn't that helpful to people, I try, to those here and elsewhere. I hope you're doing OK.
And yes, I agree with Tony's comment.
If you want to chat, I'll be here. I've decided to spend a bit of time on the forums again rather than Facebook as thats just annoying me at the moment, I only go on it for certain people and certain pages/groups.

Hi all
my mother and i had a triggering covnersation today but I think I handled it well
I had stopped by a few weeks ago to retrieve my item which I owned and paid for and she had, she seems to think this was offensive, rude and that I "barged in to her house". She's upset because I didn't stop and chat to her.
Can't win with this woman.
I felt i handled the conversatin well and am trying to stay safe as my priority - nothing else matters too much to me.
My Gp returns 4 jan and i've been trying to get lots of sunlight, stay healthy, walk and eat which are all hard for me when super depressed. The sunlight gives me a lot of energy. The gp recommended this and I'm grateful.
Glad to vent and write here, too.

Hi Tayla
That's nice that you can come here and chat more easily
Yes Facebook is really frustrating at times. I do not use it at all.
This space is here whenever you need it

Thank you Sleepy. My thread is always open for you too. I'm sorry to hear about your Mum, that sounds rude of her to treat you like that. Glad you're getting some walking done though. I walk everyday after I eat so 2-3 times a day, about 30 mins each. I like looking at the Birds and Nature but I still get anxious and feel claustrophobic when I see even 1 person and cars drive past.
Yes Facebook can be annoying, I only go on it to talk to certain people. At least here we're all in the same boat, struggling with mental health issues, so we can all relate to each other and whatnot. Some people just don't get it and don't want to which is annoying beyond words.
