Similar job, but better pay with a different crew. I was only guaranteed a year where I am now because it was reliant on finding, or something like that. It was a training role. There is potential to extend further and sign a permanent contract, but in the end that’s their call not mine so I thought I better look elsewhere because I don’t know what will happen, been asking but not getting a clear response. I would love to stay but also can’t go without if I don’t get what I want.
