Hi Sarah the grapes are really easy to do.Any kind of grapes will do.Just pick them off the stalk and toss them in a little olive oil and salt and pepper.Place them on a tray.I usualy put some non stick baking paper on the tray.Cook in oven on160 degrees fanforced or 180 degrees noal oven for about 30 mins.Check them and make sure they dont burn.Would be great with a bit of ceese on crackers and wine.

Take care,

Your friend,

Mark.

OMG..Mark..that is the most adorable picture of bubbles....thank you for putting it up it has really made my day.

She is sooo not a Sherman...lol

Thank you for your instructions with the grapes, I have written it all down and hope to try it soon, it will be amazing with some cheese and wine for sure..yum.

I am actually going to try to make a banana cake tonight when I get home, I have some bananas that are just about ready for throwing so I am going to put some maple syrup and some pears in there too...we'll see how that goes.

I am counting down until Tuesday and the kids going back to school, to be honest I think they are too.

It was very nice day here with the sun out and no wind.I worked outside today and did some drainage so thats finished now.

The kids going back will be a relief for you.It must feel like an eternity for you.I just found out that we have to reapply for the carers allowance for my daughter now that she is 16.See the specialist and get more forms filled out.

Going to take my son into town to get his haircut this morning.I haven't had it cut since just before the virus.I am so tired I have been up since midnight.I couldn't get back to sleep.

Oh Mark, you must be exhausted, you will need a nap this afternoon for sure.

Does your son not like to have his hair cut? Will he be upset and you are anxious about that?

I hope it goes well for the both of you, it is not easy is it?

My daughter had her friend stay over last night so who knows what time they got to sleep but they are both passed out in the lounge room so I am trying to be very quiet.

Thinking of you and hope the hair cut goes ok.

Hugs

Sarah

Hi Sarah I got my son' hair cut ok.He is a bit anxious about it and wanted to go home when we got there but the girl who did it was good with him.I then took him into Kmart to buy a train and I haven't been in a shop like that for ages apart from bunnings at 6:30 in the morning when their is no one there. It was a nightmare with so many people some who didn't care about social distancing and some who looked at me like I had leprosy. It was a really terrible experiece trying to shop.I won't be going to shops again if I can help it.I will just keep buying online.

So tired couldn't get back to sleep to many things on my mind.I am really feeling depressed.More drama at the school yesterday and the new principle said to my 8 y.o son with Autism it was time to grow up after some incidents. That was on my mind to if she should have said that.

A cold start to the day here but warmed up nicely.Going to cook a Tuna Pasta bake tonight for dinner.I don't know if the kids will eat it.

Take care,

Your friend,

Mark.

Hey Mark

YUM..tuna bake, I haven't had that for years and I love it, that has reminded me so I think I might even make a small one for me for dinner, I put corn chips on the top with melted cheese, yep totally naughty!

That is so wonderful that the hairdresser was great with your son, it makes it so less stressful when the staff can see that a person needs some extra care, it is the same when I take my mum, her anxiety goes through the roof and we have a lady that knows her now and just chats to her and is just wonderful, it really is awesome when the staff understand.

I am so excited and nervous at the same time for the kids going back to school tomorrow, they are kind of nervous too, it has been a long time since they have seen their friends and I know that comes with a bit of anxiety as to who and what is going to happen, I am sure it will be fine but I am just so glad that home schooling is over.

It is a glorious day here in Melbourne today so I am going to try to get out and get some of those rays into me, I have had a few days of just trying to do some things for me and to make me feel good, I went and had a massage on Saturday and it was soo good, I forgot how much I need these things to destress.

Well I might take a trip to the supermarket now to get some tuna bake ingredients..lol..I hear you about the shops though, the huge crowds suddenly is pretty overwhelming, I love online shopping too.

Will let you know how the tuna bake goes..

Hugs

Hi Sarah how did the Tuna bake go?I just had fish and chis for dinner.

I hope the kids enjoy their first day back at school. It has been such a long break for them actually being in school and seeing their friends.I would expect them all being a little nervous after such a long break,I know i woiuld be.I am sure it will all be fine in the end.

The massage would have been nice.Tou need to spoil yourself from time to time.

The weather here has been nice during the day with the sun out and nice and warm and jacket off.The days start off freezing cold and i stay a bit extra long in bed if i can.

Hows your vegie growing?I hope they managed to survive the cats.

Take care,

Your friend,

Mark.

Hey Mark

Ohh nice profile pic, where abouts in the garden is that?

The tuna bake was amazing and I forgot how much I love it, I had it with corn chips on the top so the crunch was soo good. I have left overs today for lunch and might even have it again for dinner tonight...lol

Well the kids are all dropped off and are back at school, they seemed pretty keen to get up and ready and were fine when I dropped them, so we will see what they day brings. How are yours going?

The weather here today was a freezing 0 degrees when I woke up, it is getting warmer now and the sun is out, cold mornings usually make for a stunning day, we will see.

The massage was so good, I am even thinking of sneaking off early from work to fit another in tonight...lol

Hope today is a good one for you my friend.

Hugs
