Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

I hope so Deebi, Betty and I are both very upset about them not being here, I keep telling her they moved on but she heard them oon the long weekend...

Deebi, I hoped you wouldn’t ask that question...heart is being naughty, nowvfor a couple of weeks, I can’t slow it down...138 bpm. I have a gp appointment in a couple of weeks I’ll get her to check it...bursitis is good.. I’ll get my gp to look at ears as well.....Sheez I put some nice fresh grass on the inside of my ear hoping the cicadas would come out to eat it then I could of caught them and throw them away😁...it didn’t work😢..

Don’t start the dessert without me Deebi....and Peppy’s coming I hope, we need her chocolate 🍫.....and plenty of them...😁..

I was goingboff a bit fast but I’m doing how he told me too, so should be okay..

So my dear friend for tea we have really yum rissolles and veges, steamed in microwave, not the beans but zucchini, yellow squash and cause you're sweet I did some crunchy roast spuds. Mmmm

Deebi, I pwoomise I will look after my heart....No pains, just running fast...Please don’t worry...It will ease off...should have already taking extra half med....maybe I try an extra full one instead of half.......I’m thinking just to much anxiety and sleeping but waking up a dozen times through the night, with mind chatter.....these past few weeks maybe started it...

Grandy I will make this brief as wifi here is in and out, so I could lose post.

Just wanted to drop in and let you know I am thinking of you today and tomorrow with hubby and eldest sons birthdays. I know it is another very difficult time for you.

Do what you need to do, but also ensure you do some self nurturing.

I'm impressed that your psychiatrist rang you, and that he will be helping to monitor your AD reduction. Lets hope those cicadas move out soon and find a new resting place to sing. I really like the sound of cicadas in nature, but clearly in my ears would be quite another matter!

Please take good care of yourself Grandy, and dont take any risks with that beautiful big heart of yours.
