Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

They should've gone to spec savers 😉

Yes I should have gone straight back bed the other night but went to sleep after. Oh had arvo 😴3 hrs to help along recovery, tired so be easy tonight. Wish you could better. Did you see that coloured step technique in Doolsys "Sleep thread" was very tired anyway but didn't get to violet (last colour) like it I pass on to people like your relax and today heard one's doing it. She was saying calm down I told her relax, similar, she remembered.

Grandy I'm pleased how the card improvements are going, & enjoying it. More work on it but getting there. Got more signings today. Show her Thurs and did a video on tablet of a MH group to show her she'll like that. Might be in bits she'll probs be sleeping a lot. Thanks again for that sterling idea showing the card & I'll read it to her.

Might stay over tonight at yours plz, Destiny and Eternity want to play with fur buddies, they're so funny jumping on their back and how gorgeous furs being so gentle even when they bitey their ears.

I think the tours 🚜 around the cafe is a big flop..but it’s ok...

I didn’t go to mhn appointment, I don’t know what to do..

Im okay Deebi....Tuesday after I got home from work..The man hole was opened in the ceiling...and that really scares me ......reason...so I got the ladder from outside to get up and shut it and I did..On my way down off the ladder I slipped and my sore leg went one way I went another 😂 and landed on the floor.....anyway I think I must have twisted my back as well, because that’s really very sore as well and it’s so very hard to walk, because my back and leg hurts....Silly me 😁...not sure maybe a couple or few days and I’ll be ok.....

I think I will eat the green 💚beans I really need to giggle.... oh and heaps of the white 💟 ones..🤗....and some red ❤️ones as well..yes needing some orange 🧡ones as well... The blue ones 💙 I will eat heaps of those as well, and heaps of 💛 yellow ones for a good sleep...Now

I’ve had some of each..... So tomorrow I will definitely wake up .......Relaxed...and over the moon, giggling like crazy because I’ll be pain free and beasty will have choofed off....How very special is your gift 🎁 of the juggling 🤹‍♂️ jelly beans...Thank you...

About your MH appointment, I wonder if it’s a possibility to call them and just be upfront about how confused and conflicted you’re feeling with different instructions/advice from different health professionals...see what they say...I don’t know if this is a good or bad idea or not but it’s just a gentle idea from me...

Thank you all for your concern..I will be okay...I have a walking stick here that I am using....If funniest home videos was still on, I’m almost certain I would have placed in the finals 😂..It seemed like it all happened in slow motion...I’m sore but okay...I noticed a few little cuts, scrapings and bruising on my back this morning, I must have scraped it on my way down...Nurse Deebi..⛑...Thank you, re hot packs I will use today......How clumsy can one get...maybe I will try to have a hot bath later today..or maybe tomorrow... I am walking 🚶‍♂️ well sort of walking..😁 better today then I was yesterday.

I should have waited until I rested a bit after work, but I am so frightened of seeing it open, I had to close it even before I sat down....Yes I wasn’t really thinking about being careful, I was tired from work, I’ll be more careful from now on....I dislike ladders so much but needed to use, ceilings here are 9 feet high, older style home...Deebi this one just sits in a small groove nothing to keep it locked shut, ..it must have been the wind that opened it somehow.

Peppy, I told them all last week that they telling me to do different from the other. They are not listening, no doubt my mhn will call past tomorrow on her way to other lady......I already thought about her calling in on Friday so I parked my car around the back of mine on Tuesday after work, so if she doesn’t see the car she will not call in..I just don’t want to see people they are causing me so much self doubt, confusion and anxiety I don’t need.
