Hey guys, it’s Liam…so last Monday, I don’t know what happened but I was just feeling severely down…this caused me to suffer from a severe emotional breakdown, something which I’m all too familiar with considering the breakdowns I’ve had in the past…If you’re wondering how these breakdowns occur, they occur when I get overwhelmed emotionally, and then I just…start crying…my question is…what exactly can I call these things I have instead of emotional breakdowns? Also I have suffered severely because of these breakdowns…especially at school, one of the SSOs, he believed I was faking them to get out of doing work, but I was only having these breakdowns because the workload was too hard for me…that was when I was 17…I’m now 20…I feel like I can’t be emotional or cry… *Crying* 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hi Liam
Do you feel like you could be crying because the weekend was just okay and not completely fulfilling in the kinds of ways that would bring you a sense of joy, excitement or great satisfaction? I know, with myself, if I have the kind of weekend that's just okay or better than doing nothing it doesn't bring me the feelings I really want to feel.

Hey guys…Liam here. I don’t know why but even though I have a girl mate, I still feel upset every day…even the slightest thing going wrong will just set me off into my depressed mood…a good example, the other day, my aunty had a fall and it gave me severe PTSD flashbacks to when my Nan fell and also, when my best friend broke his elbow in a fall too…I’m not meaning to beg guys but can you please comfort me right now as I’m on the brink of crying right now…actually scratch that, I am crying right now… 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 *Crying*

Hey Liam,
It's ok to feel what you feel right now, let it out. I can imagine that incident would bring up some really scary moments in the past and I understand that would be distressing. I hope your aunty is ok. Sometimes when we're feeling upset the slightest thing can tip us over the edge. It happens, and it probably means there's a lot weighing on you. Have you spoken to your girlfriend about how you are feeling?
Hope things get a bit lighter for you and take care of yourself today 💙
Kind regards,

Hey everyone. Liam here. So this week has been pretty good. My birthday was on Wednesday, I got some pretty good gifts and I even enjoyed some KFC while I was out with my Friday group. But that’s where the happiness comes to an end. Even though I had a good week this week, part of me is still feeling sad…I don’t know what is going on…I seem to think I’m fine one minute and then the next minute I’m just bawling my eyes out…I know it’s a lot to ask for someone like me but…can you guys please comfort me right now… *Crying* 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hi there Liam,
I'm so glad to hear your week has been great and that you got to celebrate your birthday. I feel for you feeling sad despite all the good things that have happened. It's ok to feel how you feel right now, let it out. I wanted to ask you to reflect on why you may be feeling this way? Is there something or someone in your life that you think may be influencing this sadness? Take the time you need to have a think, but for now, try and do some things you enjoy, maybe talk to someone in your life about your feelings and don't bottle them up.
You're welcome to reach out anytime, we love having you here. Take care 💙

Thank you so much. I'm always very appreciative of you guys. To be honest, I don't know exactly what is causing this sadness but I just know that I feel sad... @Psychdiaries2
