🙂 Thx sweet, it took about 5 hrs but knock a bit off for losing posts tho I was saving but not enough & the odd distraction, can't believe I missed BEYONDNOW bb app, but sorted now.

Also too if people don't mind if they see a Help in threads to transfer to here plz thx in advance.

Not sure if anyone has suggested but two phone apps that I find handy (on android, not sure of iphone) -

MoodMission - helps you learn new and better ways of coping with stress, low moods and anxiety.

Calm Harm - provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm.

Also currently looking for a phone app that logs moods (psychologist recommends so I can talk about the feelings and we can work through why this happened / how to overcome etc) at the moment all I have found is Daylio on Android.

Minta welcome & thanks they're great help, no haven't got them but apps section I'd imagine will be a biggy eventually here. Wanna make $ figure out a good app I reckon.
