Not sure if anyone has suggested but two phone apps that I find handy (on
MoodMission - helps you learn new and better ways of coping with stress, low moods and anxiety.
Calm Harm - provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm.
Also currently looking for a phone app that logs moods (psychologist recommends so I can talk about the feelings and we can work through why this happened / how to overcome etc) at the moment all I have found is
