Dear MM and all~

You said " I used to feed my cats all sorts of things.".

Well many years ago there was a cigarette ad on TV which said "When only the best will do" . I recon our cats saw that ad becuse the are fussy, and turn their little furry noses up at an awful lot of cat food (cats have standards you know)

As for catching mice, the cats have learned to delegate, I have to catch the mice now. They are always "busy".

I wonder if people think our animals are spoiled?

Yes the grey is getting easier to handle, A way to go I'm afraid as although I'm getting used to my friend's death the other issue is an ongoing illness which will take a lot of time to resolve, - if in fact it does.

I hope your Gran's tests work out OK.

I was pleased to hear you got on OK with your psychologist, at least that is a bit of a boost.

You're never forgotten Croixy. I'm a bit thirsty so thought I'd pop the kettle on. I'm a coffee girl if thats ok but teas fine too. It's ok I'll make you a nice brew. Assuming you're a tea man.

The days as mostly are here have been gorgeous. Hope where you are theres been sun light to brighten your days.

How are youse getting on?

I had a small but energy consuming walk today. Really pleased.

Was part on beach with a bit of tree beauty along a track and then road. Scored some hills I was hoping the track would be easier to get back... nope but thats ok.

Rightio Mr I'm giving you a one off treat with no emojis. Let's not get used to that or too excited it really is only a one off.

Dear DB and All~

Coffee has always been "white with two", until I went on my diet (thank you Mr Optifast who is now probably adding a second island in the Caribbean.) so no two, just a sweetener. Plus it was always with a smoke, That's been gone for a long time now. I suppose some bright spark will tell me coffee is bad for me next -sigh

I'm improving, my son, who is v ill, is improving and that is helping a lot.

Not been doing much walking, but then again there has been a lot of rain. The grass loves it. I'll not be able to see the mower for the grass if this keeps up.

I will go and do a post or two

I do appreciate your thoughts and care though. With my son we wait.

As for digging trenches, I think DB would be a good choice, wiht all that energy for going on walks and playing 'music' I'm sure it could all be put to better use.

Just swinging by to send some good thoughts your sons way and your way....

Optifast...mine have gone past the used by date. Will prob still have them though. I prefer the bars ( could be a diff brand) but same deal- diet food. It's pretty good they can pack all the nutrients in. The bars r choc coated so that helps.

Good for you getting back to posting again.
