Well I figure nows the best time to quickly do the last stitch for your prezzy 🎁 I promised you a while back.

The suspense must have been quite painful Croixy, gotta say I was impressed with your patience.

So you may have heard a few lovelies here have been gifted an 11.6 second knitted blanky. I do these in my spare time and sometimes in my sleep which gets awkward when I drop the smokin hot needle from the friction and I might add quite sharp too 📍

So this one's a first of it's kind.. ever... that'd be a prototype I think 🤔

It's a double blanky for you and you're lovely wife for when you're sitting in front of that gorgeous fireplace so that you're even more lovely and cosy.

There's a couple of new extra features in this.
So it's multicoloured which can be changed to your preferences by tapping a secret section of the blanky, you have to find it. Hope youse are ok with psychadelic for now that positively beams, no need for lights I assure you which reminds me you'll both need 🕶

Those huge pockets either side are for nasty cat who I knitted some permanent mittens to stop the scratching, and one for not nasty cat 😅

Because I didn't want to disappoint you I incorporated a DVD player that has a multitude of the Grandeebis greatest famous hits and shows it in hologram form, see we've been working on some dance moves 💃so it should be quite entertaining. Tell ya that wrap stuff takes a bit of learning 🙃

Oh no.. Croixy let me take that frown away .. I can see you're worried about missing your nightly TV shows of us singing 😲 but no no.. dont worry you'll still see them in full blasting stereo. Couldn't deny you of that chum.

You might notice a few 🖼 of amazing people plastered around on Blanky, if you tap one it appears in life size proportions. There's a lot because they're piccys of each and every person here that loves cares and want to always be close by your side to see you through these terribly hard times dear man.

Hi Croix,

I hope you are travelling ok, the best you can be at the moment and you have some lighter/ happier moments in that grey space. I pray that there are some blue clouds amoung the grey to lift your mood and keep you strong and well.

Say hi to the Mrs from me as well. That bond is priceless when needing support through rough stuff.

Hopefully you still get to walk around and take in the fresh air.

Dear MM

It is good to see you here, and I appreciate your wishes for me. ATM I'm not the best having to deal with the grief of someone I cared about passing and most severe illness in the family.

Mrs C is a tower of strength -I don't know why I am so lucky but both times I've married I've ended up with wonderful people who have the strenght to support and take some of the load.

How is your ankle getting along, are you able to walk and exercise? I'm afraid I've done very little in that department, a city block if I'm lucky

Please don't watch programs about MH institutions or similar, it rakes things up best left to quietly wither away. Getting 'dolled up' is better for the soul.

Not to worry about not walking as much I'm sure it will pick up again.

Someone passing can take some time to move through. Sorry to hear about illness in the family. I have an 85 yr old grandmother and just recently had a scare with her so im preparing and thinking about losing her.

I guess it can be a pretty heavy times and I'm glad you have Mrs C in your corner for comfort. It's great when we have those treasures in our lives.

I havent been walking much either. Hopefully tomorrow and then I can assess how I feel physically.

Dear MM~

I was sorry to hear about your gran, a difficult itme for you and your mum too I'd imagine. Still like me you have someone, a mum rather than a partner, but really it is the having someone the makes the difference.

Yes there are some lighter moments, the latest mutt, Foxy Dog, has taken up the tradition of all our past dogs and considers herself an honorary cat. She found a way to sneak into the area where the cats are fed and of course scoffed the lot.

Happy mutt, unhappy catz 😞

We have fixed that particular breach of security, but Foxy is very inventive and will not doubt find another opportunity, after all cat food has to taste better.

Dear Croix,

Thanks for the giggle;

Foxy dog the little rascal. I used to feed my cats all sorts of things...i remember them as kittens clawing up my legs when I was preparing their food. Ouch. Their claws used to go through my jeans.

I remember all the prey they would bring home as well. And the crunch of the mouse one of them devoured.

They're wild and great, cats...depending on the cat of course. I loved when mine was intrigued and used to cuddle up to me. And all three would follow me while i walked...and wait for me to come home.

They could sense things about me...it was a human- animal relationship I will always cherish.

Having animals, or someone does make a difference like you said...

Ive been very lucky recently with the support that ive had.

Again hope the grey is lifting...

Oh, and hows the eating small portions going? It can be tough to shift stubborn weight. Are you making progress?
