Hi, welcome
It's very normal to react the way you are considering the pressure you're under.
Anxiety is a serious illness that I've had but luckily I got rid of 95% of mine over many years. Some techniques you can do right now and get results, others need persistence over years. If not addressed it can lead to depression and other illnesses and as I've got bipolar and mild autism I can say prevention is better than cure.
So I have a link here that spells it all out https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/anxiety/anxiety-how-l-eliminated-it/td-p/183873
and another to address the worry factor- https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/anxiety/worry-worry-worry/td-p/87808
You only have to read the first post of each of those.
So I'd like to address two things. Intrusive thoughts- These are thoughts that come into your mind uninvited, they are often not realistic thoughts. To separate them ask yourself - is this thought real of unrealistic. If they are not real then do something, any activity from walking around the block or fetching a drink or- well any activity. Our senses focus on what you are doing, touching, smelling, etc and often those thoughts are gone. Jealousy of other people is one of those unwanted thoughts. I once said to my good friend "you're healthier than I am" to which he replied "you dont know if I am". Years later I found he had numerous polyps in his stomach that could have been cancerous but luckily wasnt. So with jealousy in general its best not to judge others as being better than you. Work hard and you reap what you sow. The other thing intrusive thought is losing your friends. Friends come and go like the sea tide, accept that your door will lose some and gain others and your fear will go away. Try too hard and you'll have friends that should have left your life as you were not compatible. So always seek new friends.
With exams, if you havent learned throughout the year efficiently, too late now to pack it all into your mind. Better to relax and pick up your books/notes and brush through your studies reminding you of key elements of your work. Develop a "I'll nail this" attitude, takes practice but you can do it.
I hope this helps. Good luck in the exams - you'll be ok

Hello ms_anxious_girl,
It sounds like you have a full workload at the moment with all these tests, it is natural to feel anxious. My suggestion would be to focus on one study block at a time, take a break such as go for a walk and come back to it for another study session perhaps another subject. Go over your notes, check for any concepts you may not know as well and revise. On the day of your exam, I suggest maybe trying a calming meditation even 5 minutes in the morning and taking in some deep breaths. I know this helps me with just calming my mind for exams and assessments. I remind myself that I have done this before and that I can do this. I remind myself that I have tried my best, to the best of my ability and that is good enough. As for friends this is something to reflect on as to why you may feel jealousy towards them. Given the commitments you have right now, after the exams get a journal and write about it to understand what it is about them that is making you feel this within you, it may be something that you desire and may want to work on within yourself. I wish you all the best with your exams.

Keep going! You've got this! I sometimes have a quote to get me through it "This too shall pass" a reminder that we can get through the tough and challenging times.
I know I've done it before, I know I will get through it again. Have a beautiful day! 🙂
