In primary school I was so happy. I read lots of books, i was active, I was ahead of all of my classes and I wasn’t stressed at all.
now I’m in high school and I don’t have time to read or be active. My grades are slowly dropping and I’m stressed all the time. I don’t know exactly why and I feel like i’ll fail and kill my future. I never had any future goals, even in primary school, and I feel like I have nothing to work towards.
i just don’t know what I’m doing.

hello and welcome.
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about your current situation in high school. It's understandable that the transition from primary school to high school can bring about new challenges and increased stress.
Many students experience similar struggles during their high school years. It might not seem lke that, but how many talk about it openly? It might be helpful to reach out for support, whether it's talking to a trusted teacher, a school counselor, or even your parents. They can provide guidance and help you explore strategies to manage your time, reduce stress, and regain a sense of balance.
Setbacks in high school don't define your entire future. I only just passed my classes at high school and went to TAFE just so I could get into Uni. (Others quit Uni shortly after starting.)
It's normal to feel uncertain about your goals at this stage, but that doesn't mean you won't discover your passions and aspirations along the way. You might wan to get into the coaching if you like sport, or photography or ??? It can take a while to work out what we really want to do.
Be patient with yourself and remember that it's okay to ask for help. You have the potential to overcome this challenging period and find your way forward.

Welcome anon
it is de adds since I was at primary but like you I was so happy and thrived there. High school was big and busy and I was floundering. I had my friendship group tell me I was no longer welcome. It can be hard. Smallwolf has given you suggestions.
If there is group you can join where you share a similar interest.?
Finding one close friend can help you navigate high school and not feel so stressed.

Not wanting to make light of your predicament, but you are growing up; and the former frivolities of childhood are falling away to reveal reality.
This is the challenge you face and you are being asked to adapt to the demands of inevitable adulthood.
But remember the value in diversifying your activities. You DO have time but need to organise: plan wisely for these facets of your life to combine for a cumulative increase in enjoyment and productivity.
This will create the future you seek (or not!) all by itself.
