Dear Morganan~
Welcome here to the Forum and thank you for your post. Short though it is the frustration comes though pretty clearly.
I'm going to have to do a little guesswork in answering to try to meet your situation.
OK, I have PTSD, anxiety and have had bouts of depression. I've lived with them for a very long time - though I'm now in a pretty good place with love, interest, accomplished, self esteem.
How did I get there? When I first started things kept going down, then up a little, plateaued them down again. All the while with a GP, psychiatrist and a few times a psychologist too - plus meds.
So what changed? A new set of meds whilst in hospital, plus family support, plus removing a major stressor.
Alright, that's a quick account of me. How about you?
In order for the people here to give you accurate advice It would be good if you came back and said a bit more. Your circumstances, family, if you work, how long you have been under treatment - and so on.
As I say otherwise it is guess work. I'd guess your regime is not effective, so it needs review. I'd guess you have a family - sorry if that is way out. If you do is there anyone (or a friend) who you can talk to, who will support you, and maybe understand just a bit? My family was a major part of my recovery, would not be here talking to you now otherwise.
I would suggest having a look around this Forum at others who have been in your situation, where initial treatment - sometimes going on for a long time - has not worked properly and how they have coped.
Basically finding effective treatment - and a suitable medical team - is like many things, it can often take more than one go.
I'd really like it if you came back and talked again

Hi Morganan,
Firstly, welcome to the forums.
As Croix said above, short but gets the point across however are you able to elaborate at all on what is happening? This is a 100% non-judgemental forum and we are just here to offer support and advice.
I have anxiety personally so more than happy to offer advice about that or just be a soundboard if you want to vent.
My best for you,
Jay

I know there's a hell of lot more involved in your post but I can see that there is a red flag flying, crying out for help, so there are three people at the moment who can see this, Croix, Jay and myself, and I'm sure others will also join this conversation.
Sometimes when we do what you are doing is that you maybe scared of being critisiced, or blamed for not doing this or behaving like that, but NO, that will never happen on this site, we have been commissioned to try and help as many people as we can, and the reason why, is because all of us have have been to hell and back several times, we know what depression is and we know that it can destroy our lives, fortunately there are people who have been able to overcome our own demons.
Don't be afraid to come back and open up, and remember you don't have to tell us everything at once or at all, but truly we want to help you. Geoff.
