Seriously feeling like my life is just spiralling out of control... Been feeling like this more the last couple of months but if I look back can see changed happening in the past 2 years
i tend to isolate myself more, I don't feel I'm able to express emotions as I used do (don't feel sad/low), concentration and memory are crap, lack of interest, difficulty communicating
i just feel alone and hard to express myself. I have tried pushing myself to catch up with people, tired to get myself into a good routine but I get distracted so easily
things haven't been good in my personal life fathers in hospital, and work conflict (changing my role and feeling like I'm more a gofer then having a sense or purpose)
just feeling at a loss not sure what to do from here
has anyone been in a similar situation what made you feel better... I've tried talking with a counsellor, tried healthy lifestyle changes, don't really feel depressed so haven't asked my GP for any antidepressants

Im sorry that you are feeling like crap. You have already seen a counsellor, well done to you.
I see that you have the work issues happening and being undervalued and especially your dad being in hospital too. You have a lot on your shoulders. Can I ask how your dad is? (if thats okay)
Ive been in exactly the same situation as you.....as in stuck. Not a good place to be in at all
Do you have a support network (even a couple of people) that you can vent too?
There are many kind people on the forums that can be here for you if you need us, even just for a gasbag 🙂
Please excuse my questions, Im just trying to help you a bit more...

Good to hear I'm not the only one that has felt this way
I don't really have many people to vent to my partner zones out and says talk to someone at work about things. So I tend not to talk much about work things now cause the response are always the same from other friends too
what have you guys done that's helps with similar situations
at the moment I'm just trying to focus on myself and makes sure I find some "me time". But it hasn't really helped with feeling disconnected from people etc
