Hi MarcoRolo
I'm really sorry that you had such a tough time with your English exam. I'm even sorrier that the lady who collected your paper didn't have any sensitivity or insight into what was happening for you.
My daughter had a very similar experience with her VCE psychology exam. She told me about it immediately and I called her teacher. The teacher was very understanding and permitted my daughter to re-sit the exam. Believe it or not, teachers and schools have a fair bit of flexibility in situations like these, especially if the school is already aware of your condition. Does school know you suffer from anxiety and add?
I don't know your mum so it's hard to say whether you should talk to her or not. Right now you need support and if mum is generally supportive, I encourage you to let her in. If not, please speak directly with your teacher, the school psychologist or your year level coordinator. I say this because you have a right to access your education on a level playing field with your non-anxious peers and school can help you--but only if they know what's going on.
School can also offer you support for your other exams. For example, in our state (Vic) students with anxiety can sit exams in a separate room, be provided with more time to complete their exams and/or a scribe can be provided to write down your thoughts for you. Support with SACs and other assessments is also available. I really want to encourage you to get a plan in place that will make things fairer for you.
I wish you the best of luck and I am happy to talk any time
