Hi, Im 15 years old and I really don't have any passion. There's nothing I want to pursue or look forward to anymore and I feel like my life has amounted to nothing. Everyday after school I just go to my room and get into bed, fall asleep and then wake up and go to school again. It's a cycle I want to break but I just don't know how, the only sport I really enjoy Is volleyball and it genuinely makes me happy when I play. However I'd only play once a week and I want to do more, I want to be something and have fun adventures, yet I can't find the motivation to and just feel tired and burnt out. My rooms messy and I feel so lazy despite giving everything my best efforts, I just want to find things that make me happy and get off of my phone.
I would love if anyone could help or give any tips.

Hey bro,
It can be discouraging to not have a passion, but just know not everybody has life already figured out. I had this same problem, until i decided to join a soccer club and slowly i became happier. I also tried running, photography and coding. I realised that some of these hobbies weren't it for me and i kept on trying new things like embroidery and painting. Having no passion can feel difficult, but just know there are plenty of interest you can choose from, you just have to get started. It's all about getting out of your comfort zone to try new things than can make you happy. Explore the different options! You will never know if you never try. Some easy tips to kill laziness is make boring tasks fun like dancing or listening to music as you clean your room, positive self-talk, setting manageable goals like i want to attend 4 volleyball sessions this month or reward yourself with self-care.
some cool hobby ideas could include:
jewellery making
pilates
art
chess
bowling
badminton
cooking
photography
coding
boogie boarding
watching a new sport
I hope this helps😀.
Kind regards,
Jimmy

Hey Jimmy!
thank you for your advice, I think ill most likely make a little task board for myself.
I never really had any options to chose from but these seem like ones I'd like, it still is very discouraging but I will implement more positive self talk into my day.
Thank you for replying, it helped to know other people experienced the same thing I am.
