dear Tmi, hi and thanks for posting your comment.
I am so pleased that being 16 that you are able to approach this site, so well done.
It's an awful feeling and sensation to have, so can I ask you a question or two before I continue.
I am wondering whether you have any other feelings that keep coming to you, which you are worried about, or any other occasions where you get panic attacks. Geoff.

Hi Tmi1105,
Welcome to the bb forums. First off I am not sure that there is anything wrong with you. It is actually normal to have physical reactions like screaming and crying when watching a movie. It might be that you have more empathy than the average person. This is not necessarily a negative thing. You can choose what you watch. When I was younger and watched horror movies with friends I tended to close my eyes to the bad bits. Some images I just don't want to let into my head if I don't have to. It might help to talk to your school counselor about it if it is worrying you.
cheers,
Pixie.
