Yep, you're not the only one!
I used to be super conscious about my health, being super scared of doctors and hospitals. Whenever I felt something different, I would think something is wrong with me. Over the past year or so (I'm 18 now), that anxiety has slowly faded away though.
If you've been for ECG's and such, there should be nothing to worry about!

Thanks for your post! I can imagine it's been so hard - dealing with health anxiety is not easy. I too have gone through the same thing as have many others on the forum.
