That does sound weird - even a bit unusual. My memory is absolutely hopeless - your GP, you have been officially diagnosed with straight depression, yes? I only ask this, because if you're having a real excellent high, and then follows the awful lows, that is symptomatic of possible bipolar? But hey, I'm not expert - but just thought I'd ask.
What was pleasing though, was to read this post. However, it's been over a day since you provided this one - so will be interesting to hear how you're going now. Hey, just had a thought - on your previous one, you said you were going to get back into training - if you DID start on that, could that be a possible reason that you've started to have the positiveness shine through? Again, just a thought.
As always, would love to hear back from you - and especially to hear about how you got on with the things that were really troubling you earlier this month.
