Dear Bec
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPP BIRTHDAY DEAR BEC
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
Thank you for coming to let us know that this is your special day. But like you, it does make me sad to hear that YOUR day is a very quiet one. 😞
I do have to ask though Bec - have you scored at least "some" presents????
Bec, I can only assume that you have your birthday in conjunction with ANZAC Day? You perhaps don't know a lot of my background, but my brother - who is no longer in this world anymore - his birthday was today also. Anzac Day - and he'd always joke that his birthday was always a holiday. That's how special he reckoned he was. And he was. And you are too. Don't ever forget that Bec.
Happy birthday again to you.
Kind regards
Neil

Hi Bec
And can I just echo Jo's lovely sentiments to you.
And stay with us, because you've got friends who really care for you here. Sure it's all over an internet site, but we are genuine, we are real and we above all, we really care. It's just a damn shame that we can't supply you with face to face support AND presents for you 🙂 🙂
Kind regards
Neil

oh dear Bec, I agree with both Jo and Neil and I want to wish you a Happy Birthday, please accept our biggest hugs and a little kiss and then another hug, boy I'm 60 this year so you would be a daughter age to me, and if so then I would treat you to what you would like, ( sorry a limit of $ ).
And yes 'face to face support and loads of presents' would be in order for you.
If you have the strength please go and do what you really like to do, and wouldn't it be lovely to have a party with all of us there.
I'm sorry I am a day late, but you know that we are thinking of you. L Geoff. xx

Hi Bec
Be very proud Bec - you sound like a really lovely person, who is really doing it very tough at the present time.
As Jo said, wishing you so many more and indeed you will have many many more and I firmly believe that you have now experienced your worst birthday. It won't always be like this - you'll get to laugh and dance and sing (yes, sing - I can't one bit, but I'm guessing you'd go ok 🙂
Anyway, on the depression thread, I've placed a couple of threads that I've started kind of about how I'm doing, etc - so if you wanted to have a read there, you'd possibly get to know a bit more about me. Although, you may wish to do this at night-time, cause it can really assist you with falling asleep as you read through, you'll find yourself nodding off - great cure for insomnia, my posts. 🙂
Cheers
Neil

dear Bec, there are many of us here that will be by your side forever.
It doesn't matter whether we are old or young, which is terrific for you, the support is here for you, and because you are young at heart, and this only means by age, we want to help you.
It's no different than my 2 sons, daughter in law and my little grand daughter, and very soon another one due in May, their support is with me.
I want to and need to help them through any rough patches, because it happens, and we can never avoid this, but with help and advice and support they will come through, but if they don't and have troubles along the way, it doesn't matter, they will eventually see the light, and the determination instilled in me, I will endeavour that this does happen.
I do remember my eldest son who said to me awhile ago, 'that i wouldn't have through this Dad unless it was for you', so the same applies with you, and not only me, but all the other wonderful and caring people who have replied back to you, want to do exactly the same. L Geoff. xx
