Hi Mally,
It's great that you want to change this: that's the first step.
It's important to ask yourself these sorts of questions:
Why do you lie, or why do you think you lie?
Do you lack confidence in yourself and your abilities?
How long have you been lying like this for?
On a notepad, write down who you lie to, and then write down reasons not to lie, and things you could do or say instead of lying.
If you are worried about conquering this issue on your own, you could talk to someone you trust, like a parent, a close relative, or maybe even a kind teacher you know well and trust.
I hope you can gradually start to break this habit.
Take care,
SM

Hi Mally,
The first step you have already taken,...admission.
Now, seek counselling.
Hope to hear from you during your progress. Well done
