Hi Lisa74,
Welcome to the Forums and thank you for sharing here with us. There is no doubt about it, menopause can have a huge impact on both physical and mental health. Please know that you are not alone – this is something that may of our community members here can relate to.
It sounds like you have tried a range of ways to help and it can be deeply frustating when it feels like there is nothing working. Is there a GP or health professional that you are seeing about this? If not, it could be a good idea to link in with one in order to look at what your options are. It sounds like it is taking a huge toll on how you are feeling and you deserve to have some support.
We have some existing threads discussing menopause and perimenopause if you are interested in joining in here, too:
Thank you again for sharing. We hope that this can be a supportive and welcoming community for you. We are here for you any time.
Kind regards
Sophie M
