Hello Beecombe
It's OK now. You are very welcomed here. Can I give you hug if you would like one? I am unsure whether I could advise you, but other people on here most properly can. You are not alone. Also I know what it is like to be afraid or have fear. I am so sorry you do.
Are you happy to write some more about yourself or your circumstances? Just keep writing if you want.
Anyway welcome to you again. And I hope you feel better soon.
Hugs
Shelley xx

Hi Beecombe,
Welcome to the forum!
I'd be happy to talk to you 🙂 First, could you please write a little about these fears. Also, have you sought help from your doctor or other medical professional for mental illness in the past? This site is great, as it is a safe and friendly space. No one judges here, and everyone who comes here needs help, wants to give help or both! The majority of people here have personally experienced (or are currently experiencing) issues with their mental health, or are a carer for someone.
If you'd like to read about the past experience of forum volunteers, you can go here: https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/online-forums/welcome-and-orientation/who-are-our-community-champions
Exploring different sections of the forum could be hugely helpful too, as lots of advice has been given over the years and remains on the site for people to read.
Hopefully we'll hear back from you 🙂
Best wishes,
SM
