I hope to use this forum. I have been active in other forums. It is easier with my ASD and ADHD. I'm 70 and I have a lived experience of all sorts of things including psyche illness. I have anxiety, depression, and a litter of diagnoses since no mental health professional can treat one without handing out a few of these. Have you noticed this too?
I also am into ar and on NDIS. That's a whole other story.
For now, I'm saying hi
See you 'round,
Nora

Hello Nora, welcome to the forums.
When someone is suffering from one particular illness there is always another one that's lurking in the background and on any day one may overide the other, with the next day it could easily be reversed.

Hello Dear Nora,
I am popping in to say hi to you and want to very warmly welcome you to our amazing forums..
Its so nice to have you here…Yes I agree that there always seems to be more then one diagnosis where our mental health is concerned….I have several so called “labels”…and try hard to not let them take over me….Yes they might have my head…but no way will I let them have my heart or soul….
I am just a few years younger then you are, and have had a life that I would never wish on anyone else….and with my lived experience I am here trying to help those that I can who are struggling….. So they feel heard, cared for and understood….I am so sure that you have a lot to offer so many of the beautiful community members with your lived experience….
We are all here for you…and if you feel to talk about anything at all, we will try our best to support you the best way we can….
My kindest thoughts with my care Dear Nora..
Grandy
