Hi
First time here. I live in ACT and work in the Federal government. I have depression and anxiety issues and I take meds to manage it.

Hello and welcome!
I hope you find some comfort from these forums and at the very least know that you are not alone. Each and every one of us that suffers or has suffered stands with you.
Things will get better, even if it appears that it won't. You are worth the fight!
Cas

It's hard to elaborate when I do not understand what is going on. I feel exhausted all the time. I have shunned public places and making friends. I find it quite exhaustive. I used to go for a walk, but that too I find laborious. I find everything in my life futile. I cannot pinpoint my feelings. I definetly dont feel 100% sadness. But it is something in between sadness, depression and the futility of everything. It is wild. Sometimes I feel like taking my family to a place where no one knows or finds us. When I am working, it is so stressful to keep the image because working as a contractor is the most insecure form of job in the public service.
I do not know what is happening. I will start taking VIT B12 shots this week. My doc thinks it will improve drastically. I feel so insecure in my life, gosh.
