Help im here I got home late last night after a big night wasn't supposed to be mates went home and I stayed on by myself for some reason. I don't know what's happening I feel out of control and don't know to regain control. I have a family and need to look after them but I can't even do the right thing by me. I float week to week trying to ride the highs and lows but can't seem to get on top I don't know what to do

Hey Adz,

It sounds pretty frightening and confusing for you at the moment. I'm glad you've reached out.

If you're really worried or you're finding it too difficult to cope, you could call the hotline number on the website here or call your doctor or even visit a hospital emergency department.

Is that something you think you need to do?

Do you feel like telling us more about what's going on?

Hello Adz1981

I just finished reading your post here. And I was imagining that you are a ship, boat or some other vessel, floating in a rough, turbulent, stormy sea. Going up and down, high on the waves, then low. Hoping for the calming seas where you can throw out your anchor.

I am guessing you desire not to be in that storm anymore for the sake of your family that are in need of you, and for yourself. You must really love them. You sound like a real hero to me.

I would like to advise you, but I honestly don't know how. Am I understanding you correctly about the highs and the lows? I am hoping someone else will reply to you and give you more direction. Good on you for posting, will you post again? I would like to know how you are getting along,if that is OK?

Bye now
