Hi Tien Nguyen. Welcome to the forums. I have had experience with hypnotherapy. It was a few years ago. I would suggest you phone around first, explain to the therapist what you want, what the problem is and be guided by the therapist. Some just give hypnotherapy for quitting smoking/drinking/drug dependency. For the kind of therapy you're seeking, you would, I think, need a specialist in the field. The therapist will talk to your siblings first, find out where they are emotionally before beginning treatment. Perhaps you could obtain some c.d's which could also help them. I understand they play the c.d's while they're sleeping, hypnotherapy works on the subconscious, c.d's are along the same lines. I would also get some quotes, price wise before you start. Hypnotherapy will only be successful if the patient is able to relax and is 'open' to suggestion on self awareness. The therapist may try to reopen emotional wounds that could cause some distress if they're not expecting it. I would really suggest you phone around first, talk to some therapists before deciding if that's how you want to go.
Lynda.
