Hello Shorty85, and a warm welcome to the forums.
I understand that life is pretty busy for you which I'm terribly sorry so I have a link which I'd like you to copy and paste into your browser
-https://www.education.gov.au/subsidies-families-using-nanny
and even as though your day is full, do you have any time to book an appointment with your doctor who may then refer you over to a psychologist.
You can do this using a 'mental health plan', which entitles you to 10 Medicare paid sessions per year.
Please let us know how you get on.
Best wishes.
Geoff.

May I suggest going to see a social worker, they with be able to help coordinate the services you need. A Social Worker will act as an advocate for you. Your Doctor, Hospital, or Centrelink can help find you a Social Worker.
I hope you gain the help you need soon.
