depression is destroying my relationship

My partner has depression. Something she didnt admit until it destroyed our relationship. We are now working on things but it is hard. She jumps from hating me, to hating herself, to hating the world. We have our ups and downs like every relationship, and I am by all means no angel, but everything that doesnt go right in her life is blamed on me. Any tiny problem that in a normal relationship wouldn't be an issue turns into a week long event. To the point where, depending which mood she is in, she says she is breaking up with me after every argument. I'm not sure if this blurrs the lines between a depression issue and a relationship issue, but it is pushing both of us to the limits. She has threatened to kill herself multiple times and I'd be lying if i was to say i hadn't had similar thoughts.
She has medication but the doctors decided to take her off it. The withdrawals from this particular drug is horrible. Her family dont really see what i do. They just think its relationship problems.
I really dont know what to do, I cant keep living like this. It is pushing us both to breaking point. But in saying that, I cant live without her. She is the love of my life. Any advice would be much appreciated.
